A project in which artist groups from across the UK were invited to form teams and play a new sport created especially for the event.
‘Skateball’ was a hybrid of volleyball, skateboarding and quidditch and was played in from of a live audience.
All participants were paid, therefore being the first professional ‘Skateball’ atheletes.
The project formed part of the Art Sheffield 13 Parrallel Programme
