Tuff Crowd was an exhibition of new work by Monty, Joe Fletcher Orr and Harry Meadley.
The exhibition explored themes of humour and the tendancies for contemporary art to be an exclusive world in which you have to be ‘in in with the joke’.
The artworks were intertionally elusive and discrete in their intentions, futher emphasising the anxieties of being on the outside.
Picnic Picnic was set up by David McLeavy and Pippa Cook to offer supportive residencies to critically acclaimed contemporary artists. Picnic Picnic was based within a traditional British terrace house in Sheffield, UK.
